Brian Hensley

Brian is a Senior Vice President at Intrepid Financial Partners. Brian is based in Houston.

Brian is focused on credit opportunities within the firm’s investment management platform and brings experience across a diverse background of investing and investment banking in the energy and diversified industrial sectors. Most recently, he worked for Milton Street Capital targeting control investments and leveraged buyouts across the industrial sector. Brian was previously an investment banking Vice President at Intrepid Financial Partners, where his experience included advisory assignments spanning restructuring, M&A, and capital raises. Prior to Intrepid, Brian worked within Macquarie’s Energy Capital group, where he focused on executing direct credit investments in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Brian has a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
