Nicholas Bilodeau

Nicholas Bilodeau is the Co-Head of Energy Infrastructure at Intrepid Financial Partners. Nick is based in New York.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Nick was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York. During his tenure at UBS, Nick advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions in the energy sector. From 2009 to 2014, Nick worked at Barclays where he focused on debt capital raises for natural resources clients, including corporate bonds, project financing and acquisition loan facilities. While at UBS and Barclays, Nick executed over 120 equity, debt and M&A transactions in the energy sector. 

Nick received a B.S. in Financial Management, magna cum laude, from Clemson University.
