Thomas Rapisarda

Thomas Rapisarda is a Senior Vice President at Intrepid Financial Partners. Tom is based in New York.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Tom was an Analyst at Energy & Infrastructure Capital, a debt capital investment manager specializing in the global energy and infrastructure sectors. Tom has spent his career focused on various aspects of the energy sector, both from advisory and principal investing perspectives. At EIC, Tom was responsible for structuring, negotiating and investing across the debt capital structure in the domestic Oil & Gas, Power and Infrastructure sectors. Prior to EIC, Tom was an Analyst at Nomura Securities in the Mergers & Acquisitions group and was an analyst at GE Capital Energy Financial Services focusing on direct equity investments across the Power and Midstream sectors.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
